Modularium is an art fair and marketplace for on-chain art, and anyone can publish their work there. All you need is a wallet: you can set up a profile, make your own collection, put art in it and start selling, without asking anyone for permission.
The art you make is yours. Your collection is your own contract, and the details of each piece are saved on the blockchain itself, so they can't quietly change or disappear.
